About Martin
Martin Murad is a highly experienced attorney with extensive experience in foreign investment, cross-border transactions, and employment law.
Martin serves as the co-managing partner of PEERS' Prague office, where he is responsible for overseeing operations and ensuring the delivery of the highest standards of legal service.
He is a trusted advisor helping foreign companies navigate the Czech legal environment, as well as Czech companies seeking legal assistance abroad, supported by the resources of other PEERS offices and associated best-friend law firms.
Martin has travelled globally, from Seattle to Sydney, establishing connections with numerous attorneys and developing collaborative relationships with specialists across various legal domains in multiple countries.
He acts as a primary contact at PEERS for international partnerships, which include law firms and various organizations in which PEERS lawyers are actively involved.
In addition to his native Czech language, Martin speaks fluent English, Polish, and French. Together with Matyáš Moska, he constitutes the core of the Polish desk, which is dedicated to effectively serving Polish clients.
He is also a member of the International Bar Association (IBA) and the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA), a prominent European organisation of employment law experts.
