About Matyáš
Matyáš is a highly experienced attorney specializing in financial, investment, and commercial law. He specializes in financial market regulation, investment regulation, crypto-assets, and related legal and regulatory matters.
His legal practice focuses on advising managers of alternative funds, financial institutions, FinTech companies, and other projects based on Blockchain technology, particularly in the context of financial market regulation, investment services, and investment structures.
Matyáš is also involved in litigation, representing clients before courts and in proceedings before regulatory authorities, notably the Czech National Bank (ČNB) and the Financial Analytical Office (FAÚ).
Having studied at the Bavarian Universität Bayreuth, he worked at a German law firm alongside his studies, which enabled him to provide legal services in Czech and German. He further offers his services in English and Polish.
Together with Martin Murad, Matyáš forms the core of the "Polish desk," a team dedicated to serving Polish clients in the Czech Republic.
